Flexible conveyor line is a kind of special equipment designed for conveying raw materials, semi-finished products or finished products in order to improve the processing or production efficiency. The flexible conveyor line works by friction sliding between the conveyor chain (conveyor belt or conveyor plate) and the conveying beam to continuously transport materials.

Basic composition

Conveyor chain: it is made of white and high-strength engineering plastic; it can be divided into flat chain, general chain, steel necklace, ball chain, brush chain, elastic chain, etc.

Conveying beam: it is composed of aluminum alloy profile with anodized surface and friction slide; it is divided into standard type and reinforced type.

The conveying frame is also composed of anodised aluminum alloy profiles are divided into light and heavy sections

Driving device: it is composed of aluminum driving head and tail formed by powder metallurgy process; it is divided into single drive, double drive and intermediate drive, etc.

Guide device: the guardrail on both sides that can make the material always run in the middle of the shift.

Turning device: the internal support device when the chain plate turns; it is divided into horizontal elbow, vertical elbow, horizontal wheel elbow and horizontal wheel, etc.
